This includes a new Toilet Suite, Wet Wall Panel (within a selection) Installation on all walls, on ceiling, 4no spot lights, new vinyl flooring (for Tiled walls or floors we would visit to provide a quote to carry this out) Kitchens We currently supply and fit kitchens from Two Thousand Five Hundred. Supply and Fit up to 8no units, 2no Lengths of worktop, Electric Oven and Ceramic/Gas Hob, Sink and Taps, upgrade lighting. We have a variety of options for our inhouse units. We can provide budget units or Howdens Units. Our fit price remains the same regardless if our units or Howdens. The only additional costs would be for the units. Painting We are also offering Decoration packages. Full properties painted from Eight Hundred and Fifty Pounds with Neutral Colours (Walls, Ceilings and Woodwork). Set prices for 1/2/3/4 Bed Properties. Wallpapering in house also and painting externally costs can be discussed.
